Is there any possible way to create jira agile board template to reuse the board configuration in jira cloud

There's no formal board template. However, you could simply create a board named Template using a placeholder filter, configure it exactly like you want. It would be preferable if your filter pointed to a project using a lot of statuses, so you could map the statuses to columns right away.

When you want a new board, copy this one instead of creating the new one. Then you can change the filter. Since you can easily do that, I doubt that a template feature will be developed.
