Is there a way to use Component Lead in a two dimensional filter or other report value?

I don't see that component lead is available as a selection for any reporting gadget or even for the two dimensional filter values. Am I  missing something? Alternatively are there any third party plug ins that handle that? I'd like to roll up issues and report based on component lead (rather than component itself) and cannot figure out a way to do that.
