Is there a way of moving a new ticket to the top of the backlog automatically?

At presently, I have to go all the way to the bottom of the backlog and bring the ticket up to the top of the backlog? Is there a way when I create a new ticket or bring something in JIRA it shows up on the top of the backlog? I am already sorting by Rank. Has anybody came across a solution for this? Or a plugin that enables this?

Not sure if there is a plugin. But it can not be done automatically, it has to be done manually.
