Is there a posibilitiy for Jira Core to cover process management?

We are in a need of a system that can support process mapping, mining and tracking,  connection between process and process documentation and tracking the process efficiency is Jira Core usable for these needs?

Go to Atlassian's site and either download a Server installation (it will take you off to get a trial licence that lasts a month) or choose a Cloud system (trial period is seven days)
