Is it possible to set background color of field?

I'd like to set a custom background color, like in field "Resolution"; when it's "Resolved" it's green background with capital, bold letters. I want to use it for "Flagged" field, so it would be better visible. Currently it's only "Impediment", but being on red background would help to judge whether issue is flagged or not. Sure, you can see it on Agile view, but clients do not have access to this view, only to issue view.

Nothing out of the box of JIRA. You can code it (a simple code in the JIRA header or somewhere on the page cna do it). You can also take a look the Traffic lights plugin (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/de.polscheit.jira.plugins.traffic-light_status)
