Is it possible to enable the backlog view in the Kanban managed flow?

Kanban doesn't have a backlog (Plan) view. Everything in the "To Do" column (or the left most column) is your backlog. You can prioritize the items in that column, pick the first one in the list and start working on it.

Anything more than that will need a scrum board but then you are not Kanban anymore wink
