Is it possible to add a new field and display it after the Description field?

Hello.

I created a new field called Investigation and I added it to my screens.
The field appear by default in the top part of screen in the Details section.

I want to have this field displayed after the Description field. 

It that possible ?

I'm afraid that re-arranging the view screen requires code changes to the templates that handle its layout.

You don't have access to make the code changes you'd need on Cloud systems, so, no, you can't do this.
