Installing Jira on a VM CentOS 7.0

I want to install JIRA on a VMware VM CentOS 7.0 . Can you please post me some guidelines? VM hardware configurations and SQl database guidelines. 

Installation has to support 150 users.

CentOS 7.0 is my favorite Linux. Good (the best) choice wink!
