Install Jira offline network

Is there a procedure to install Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket on a Windows Server 2012 R2 w/SQL 2014 host that is part of an offline network (i.e. not connected to the internet)?

You don't need an internet connection to install them

You do need to be able to download the installation files and get them on to your server, and once installed, if you want to add any add-ons, you'll have to download them and install them via the "upload" option.  But you don't need internet access to do anything (it is easier, but not necessary)
