Individual wise (not issue wise) logged time on JIRA using JQL

By using jql (Not by using plug-ins or ad-ons), how can I get to know total logged hours by individual developers (not issue wise time tracking) for a given period of time?

Thanks in advance :)

That cannot be done through JQL solely.

You will need an addon for getting the sum of worklog hours, in a time frame and per user.

The cheapest solution I know is the addon Time Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud, which I personally use and recommend.
