Inactive Workflows and Workflow Schemes no longer expandable

Hi

I am running JIRA 7.3.3 and JEMH 2.1.10

we are running into this issue

and Ann from Atlassian is suspecting JEMH to be the cause.

Is anyone aware of this issue and is there a solution?
