In JIRA 5.2, how do I add a new Task Type and then add it to an existing workflow scheme?

I need to create a new task and add it to one of our current workflow schemes. Can someone walk me through?

Log in as an admin, go to Admin -> issues -> issue types.  Click to add a new issue type. 

Now go to the issue type scheme for the projects you want to change, you will be able to add the new issue type to them.

Finally, go to the workflow scheme - you'll find you can add a new workflow to it and select the new issue type automatically.
