I have regular users who need to be able to:
I've been able to import to existing JIRA issues using the Projects - Import External Projects option; but this requires global system administration rights. When attempting to use the regular user option of issues - Import Issues From CSV; the option to map the "Issue Key" field is not available.
Is it possible to make the "Issue Key" available for a regular user with out global system administrator privileges? If not, what are alternatives to achieve the functionality?
