Importing CSV file daily into JIRA Core Cloud

Is there anyway to schedule/automate the import csv into JIRA Core Cloud? We have a daily csv that drops from another system to our shared drive that I want JIRA to pick up and update issues. The same question for JIRA exports. The plan is to merge the JIRA export file with the Import file to get updated fields.

Unfortunately, we cannot connect to this other system which is why we need to import a csv.

We are using Jira Core cloud project management.

I checked and I did not see an add-on that would cover this so at this point I would recommend creating a Suggestion for this feature at JAC.
