Is it possible to import a CSV of subtasks to tickets that already exist in JIRA?

... but this is really old, so I was wondering if it is supported now?

Not to be a pain, but if you were importing more than 1 sub-task that lines up to different parents, do you need to add different Issue ID numbers?
The comment at the bottom of that ticket states you can leave the Issue ID blank, but would multiple tickets make a difference?
