Import project from Cloud JIRA to Server JIRA instance

Hello,

We need to move a whole project with logs, comments, attachments and images, custom fields and so on from Cloud JIRA instance to Server JIRA. These JIRA instances have different versions and settings. We need to do it without losses, but the mapping through the moving is work for us. So SCV is not work for the task. Which approach(free or paid) Atlassian can reccomend us for this task?

Are you setting up a brand new server JIRA or merging into an existing JIRA instance which already has some projects and configuration? From your question it sounds like the latter is true.
