I've been using Tempo timesheets for about 3 years and today attempted to upgrade. Upgrade failed and now I cannot re-enable Tempo

Going from version 7.9.1.3 to 7.16.1.1

Do you have a valid tempo license in order to perform the upgrade? If so, I'd recommend to contact their support team by browsing the URL below.
