Absolutely newbie - I started with Jira a week ago and the only problem I face is I only see my attachments and none of my team's.
I'm using the cloud service, paid version for to 10 team members.
Any idea how to fix this?
You and your team are attaching to the same ticket ? If yes, should be able to view all the attachments.
Jira doesn't any permissions on attachment view. It has permissions only on create and delete attachments.
Attachment on the ticket will be available for all the users, we have access on the ticket.
