I need to get all tickets, which have closed linked tickets.

Hello, 

I have such case:
Test Cases have the linked Bugs (in relates to or blocks relation). TCs are not parents for Bugs. They are connected only by linking.

I need:
To find out if all Test Cases have the correct status (Passed), having all linked bugs in Closed status.
