I'm using JIRA Cloud and could use some guidance creating a workflow back button.

I'd like to have a "Back" button so the issue can, instead of moving forward in the workflow, move back in the workflow. Return to previous status. Is this possible in JIRA Cloud?

Hi Davina!

You have to edit the workflow and add a backward transition, for example, if your workflow has a transition from status a to status b you should add a new transition from status b to status a. Do that in every transition you want to move backward.
