I have stopped the Capture for Jira trial AddOn on Cloud, yet I cannot create new issues. I get Capture for JIRA Browser is required message

How are you trying to create these issues?

If it's through "capture", you've answered your own question - you've ended the trial and hence closed off that route to create them.

Using Create Issue functionality from Jira. I have full admin rights. Now all users are blocked in creating new issues. We don't want to use this functionality for then moment. We would appreciate any help because now we are bloked

Did you make all the JIRA Capture related fields optional before removing it?
