I have a problem when installing Jira on my CenOS server

Please help me to resolve this problem. I installed JIRA versio 7.1.7 on our server then I got this problem. Please check it out:

The link times out for me.

What does your log file say the error is?  It should be telling you why it's failing - jira-home/logs/atlassian-jira.log

You need to read the log file to see what is going wrong.

But, this error is usually something on https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshooting-jira-startup-failed-error-394464512.html - try those first, and if you still get the problem, you must read the log
