I have 2 projects in jira (prod issues and dev project) and need a query to get information from one project and from another based on link issues

This widget could not be displayed.

Noticed that you are a JIRA cloud. You cannot do it with default functionality. The best you can do is to search linked issues of a given issue using the linkedIssues function.
