Dear Atlassian Community,
I've been struggling a little bit when a fix is deployed, the status of the ticket is set "Done" and the ticket is assigned to myself. Then I have 2 options "Fix accepted" or close the ticket but I don´t know preety much how to close it?
Can you please help?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
All workflow transitions are defined by your Jira Admin/Project admin, so you would get a better answer by asking them about your workflow and what to do.
If you are using Jira Server you should see View workflow under the current status of the issue (if your admin has enabled that feature) and it will show you the workflow and where the transitions will take you.
On Jira Cloud the Status drop down will show you the next step in the workflow.

Thank you for your fast feedback. The solution you suggest worked for me and as I saw in the workflow, the only possibility was the option "Fix is accepted" after the ticket is Done.
