I cannot login and when i request a new password i still have not received an email

Hello,

I forgot my password and tried to create a new one however I am prompted to enter my username (which i did) and then receive an email, but i have not received any emails. So, I cannot change my password. Please advise, thank you

Well, there may be an anti-spam blocking the emails in your inbox or a rule you created that are causing the emails from Jira to be moved to a different place, and of course there is a possibility your Jira instance is having problems to send mails.

But usually when this happens it means you informed the wrong username. Try to reach out to the Jira administrator to confirm it that information.
