I am new to JIRA and being asked to create a workflow

I am new to JIRA and being asked to create a workflow based on this video:

in the video (11:35min), it has create "issue-open-resolved-in progress-reopened-closed"

however when I tried to create one, I just only have "to do - done - in progress"

how can I make a workflow similar to that in the video?

Hi,

You can edit the workflow by clicking the "Edit" button. You can add, delete, or rename any status of the workflow. Play around with JIRA!
