How to upgrade from Jira 6.4 to lira 7

Hello

 

Tell me how to correctly update jira to jira 6 7.
At the moment I put the version 7, planted from 6-th backup like all recovered, but there is one but, confluence can not connect to jira.

 

Have tried everything to remove all lines and recreate-zero result.
