How to update resolutions.

I added a new status to our workflow, but now the resolution doesn't update when I move it to "Done".

You need to make sure your workflow has post-functions that set the resolution

Thanks for the help here. I thought I just updated the post functions and it looks like they still say unresolved. sad

Hi Jennifer,

If I understand the question correctly, you should be able to use Script Runner's Bulk Fix Resolutions to change a resolution for a closed ticket.
