How to take a report

I have a process with steps: to do-in progress-check-done. There are two participants - assignee and reporter. After checking the task reporter gets 'assignee' status and when I take a report about workload I can not see the workload of real assignee because of issue in the report is closed by reporter. Please help :}

its purpose is to show open issues that are assigned to the user. in your case after check, the issue is assigned to the reporter and is closed if i understand right? so after it is closed even if it is still on the assignee, you would not be able to see them on the workload report.
