How to stop email notification when assigning to nobody

Suddenly my work place, started to generate emails to all when someone put any JIRAs to Nobody as an assignee . I checked the notification section and can clearly see the emails generate to particular team only (when update JIRAs), I am wondering why suddenly it started to generate emails to all with assignee change to Nobody. any clue?

What does the notification scheme actually say?

My best guess is that it says "tell the assignee that they have been assigned an issue", and you have an account called "nobody" with a group email address.  Or that your "particular team" includes "nobody" and/or a group email address.
