Hello I want to send notifications on issue created, edited to some specific group of people a disable it for another within the project. How do I do it?
Hi @Nikita Krivda Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can do this with the help of notification scheme.
You can find the notification scheme Settings-> Issues-> notification Scheme
You can edit the existing notification scheme or you can create a new one too.
Here are the guidelines from here you can see how you will do it. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-notification-scheme-938847330.html
I hope it will help you.
like Kagithala already stated the notifications sent out can be adjusted through the "Notification Scheme".
Please also refer to documentation on how to adjust the notifications:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-notification-scheme-938847330.html
A group is a possible criteria to send mails in a specific event like "Issue Created" to.
There are several other options like a role or sending to users specific in a "Group Custom Field".
Please let us know if it helped.
Regards,
Daniel
