How to reopen an issue based on custom date field - Jira 7

The Automation Add-on no longer works for JIRA 7 so I'm looking for a new way to do this.

We have a custom date field that sometimes gets set when an issue is resolved. We want the issue to automatically reopen on that day. Any ideas on how this can be accomplished?

Not a lot of options for things like this on Cloud yet unfortunately.

we are using the Cloud version 7.2.0-OD-05-030 - I guess we are out of luck then?

which Add-On is that exactly? We have not been using one in the past - our issue is basically getting this task accomplished.
