How to open entities file?

Hi Everyone,

we have to edit a JIRA beckup's entities file. The file i stoo big (5,6 GB) and none of the available editors can open (Notepad, Notepad ++, XML editor, WORD). Can you please suggest a proper editor?

vi, emacs, atom, sublime, any half-way decent text editor can chunk up large text(xml) files.
