Is it possible to set specific options visible in a list field depending on the option selected in another list field?
For example, we have list field 1 and list field 2.
List field 1 has the following options. Only one option can be selected.
List field 2 has the following options. Only one option can be selected.
If "B" is selected from list field 1, can we put only H, I, J, K visible in list field 2?
I'll appreciate if you have any suggestions.
The cascading select list is by far the best option. If you're exporting to excel, you can simply split the column later - it's a standard function of spreadsheets (although, as usual, spreadsheets tend to encourage poor data quality - divorcing the two columns makes it easy for a human to destroy the information in there)
