How to link an existing user story to the new board created

You configure the board so that its filter includes the existing issue.

Go on configure board and tgen on edit filter. This leads you to an issue search with the current board filter. Here you can change the filter, search to check if the targetted existing issue is found by the specified filter and save the filter if it is.

Then the issue will be displayed on the board.
