How to import a project from one instance of Jira to another Jira instance with all configuration?

Hello Gayathri,

I don`t know if you have tried this before but there is an option for this on the cog item. Please try to follow the steps below:

Choose the cog icon  at top right of the screen, then choose System. Select Import & Export > Project Import to open the 'Project Import' wizard page.

Please let me know if is this is actually your issue or i didn't understand it.
