How to have a template for Requirement and subtasks, so that we do not have to repeatedly create same stories and subtasks?
I use the Issue Templates plugin. You set up an issue with its subtasks in a Templates project. When you create an issue using that template afterwards, it autocompletes the fields you want and creates the subtasks automatically.
If you're on a tight budget, there's the free Quick Subtasks plugin. You set up in advance a sort of csv list of your issues with the field values you want, and you create a bunch of subtasks all at once. That really saves time.
