How to get who resolved the issue

In JIRA, We have observed that when the ticket is moved from “Triage to Open”, the Assignee is being set to the  the default assignee.  We would like to assign the issue to the person who had resolved the issue i.e. “Resolver”.  earlier.

How can we achieve this ? Thanks

Please, add post-function in transition from “Triage to Open” - "Assign the issue to the current user."

Further to the answer for @Viktor Okolot [Polontech] you will need to change the workflow transition that relates to the point where you want to automatically assign to the person who resolved. From your question it is not clear to me whether this is on the "resolve" transition that you want to assign it to the resolver or at a later stage. 

If it is a later stage in the workflow then you will need one of the plugins to enable you to detect who resolved earlier. 

You could use JIRA Miscellaneous Workflow Extensions (https://innovalog.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JMWE/Post-functions#Post-functions-2-Assigntolastrolemember(newin1.2)(updatedin1.5.1,2.4.1and3.0.1)) to assign to the last person in a specific role. 

Alternatively you could capture in a hidden field the resolver and then use this field to automatically populate the assignee.
