How to get the list of users that have access to a specific permission

Hello,

I'd like to know if there is a way to get the list of users that have access to "Manage sprint" permission, no matter how many projects they have this permissions in.

I'm guessing this will have to be a sql query directly in db, if someone knows another way that's great, else if someone already knows the query that's great too.

Hi Kevin. The best way would be going through the permissions schemes and figuring out the permissions based on groups or project roles. Or use permission helper add on. I would say its difficult doing it with JQL as it is restricted for searching issues. 

Unfortunately there are way too many projects, groups and users for me to go and get the list by hand.
I meant SQL, not JQL wink
