I am facing an issue in JIRA cloud version. I have created lot of parent tasks and lot of sub tasks under the parent tasks. Whenever I download the parent task report (export all fields) count of sub tasks field shows blank.
Is your count of sub tasks field correct for a single parent task? If so this narrows down the scope of the issue to the presentation of the results rather than the calculation process not working. Also have you tried a reindex of your project to confirm that the latest values are present.
If you could also provide more information on how your count of sub tasks field is completed this would help with troubleshooting.
