How to get SOAP WSDL for Atlassian JIRA

Hi,

I Need to create reports using Atlassian JIRA web service as datasource in BIRT.Anyone let me know,how can i get SOAP WSDL of JIRA.

You don't.  SOAP was deprecated in JIRA 5 and removed from 6.4 and above.

You need to use REST now.  See https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/ (which does have a WADL option)
