I attempted to upgrade Jira. On startup, after the upgrade, the system reported the license had expired. I purchased a new license, but I the site won't let me view the license without providing the Server ID. However, I can't get the Server ID, since Jira won't start.
Any ideas how I can get access to the Server ID when Jira won't start?
Hi Neil and Welcome,
Could you try the following Query?
select * from propertystring where id in (select id from propertyentry where PROPERTY_KEY='jira.sid.key');
Probably you might tune the given query depending on your database engine.

Hi @Neil Froggatt ,
Please try logging into your atlassian account and you will get the Server ID in the old Jira Licence under Licenses. Let me know if that works for you or not?

Vishal

Thx. Unfortunately, I can't log into the old account, as it was owned by someone that left the company and the credentials are no longer available.
