How to create new test cycle and add existing test cases into it using ZAPI?

Following api i am using:

http://localhost:2990/jira/rest/zapi/latest/execution/addTestsToCycle/

But getting 404 not found as a response

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr.

It is mandatory both Zephyr for JIRA and ZAPI should be installed and running in your instance to get these API work.Please check and let us know if Zephyr for JIRA and ZAPI is working with a valid license.
