How to create and add digital signatures to an issue from a mobile device?

Is there a way of being able to collect e-signatures and assign this to an issue from a mobile device?

Example1 -  An external customer signs my mobile device electronically and i select which issue this signature relates to, then i send this signature off and it updates the relevant issue with the signature.

Example2 - An external customer signs my mobile device electronically and i select which issue this signature relates to, i then send this off and JIRA places this signature on a document within the relevant JIRA issue

This comes about from needing to electronically capture and update customers product deliveries, without having to use reems of paperwork.
