How to configure the Issue View Screen so that we can adjust the column width of the custom fields display?

Hi,

I need to adjust the column width of custom fields in an Issue View screen - the custom field text is way too long and is crammed into the first column of the Issue. It all looks long and compressed. I found an information on view issue plug-in allowing this, but it does not seem to be available any more.

No, you're right, the only way to change it is to hack the core code.

You would be better off reducing the length of your field names.  Most of the long ones in the screenshot should have the long text moved mostly into the field's description.
