How to check the value of a checkbox field in a groovy expression on post function?

I want to use the post function that set the value of of a field based on a groovy expression. In this expression I need to check if a specific value was checked in a custom checkbox field.

Hi Maria - This isn't standard functionality, so I'm guessing you might be using a post function provided by the JIRA Misc Workflow Extensions add-on. Am I correct?

Which version of JIRA are you using? Cloud or Server?

If you can provide this info, it should help get an answer for your question.
