I have lots of tickets to be resolved in bulk, when i do bulk update i am not able to update time, so i can't proceed further. How to solve this.
Check the project permissions for transition issue, close issue and resolve issue.. Ensure that your name, or group or role where you are part of, is assigned to those permissions. Then you can try bulk edit option and resolve your issues at once.
