How to attach an attachment in a JIRA issue using REST API from ServiceNow

I am trying to attach attachment from Servicenow to JIRA ticket using REST API.

Can someone help me to implement this approach.

Yes.  Many times.

I used the method given in the example.

I'm afraid "it does not work" does not tell us what you are doing wrong.  You need to tell us the errors and explain what you are doing.
