How to assign screens to workflows ?

We are interested in assigning  screens  to a specific workflow, so as to generate a relationship with issue types.

Would you have suggestions ?

Dear Sam,

Unfortunately the online support portal of Atlassian is preventing me from asking more questions, for the next 24hours.

Would it be possible for me to ask you two more ?
If so :

• How do I customise and retain an issue creation format ?
• currently the only format I use is the one from scrum;
• can I search issues based on specific fields ?

Change the screen.  That's it.  A screen is the list of fields a user is presented with when the workflow or action in selected by the user.  The "issue creation format" is simply the screen.

Yes.  Click the "issues" menu and use search
