How to assign issue using Bob Swift "Create On Transition" Add-on

I'm not sure I should be asking questions here pertaining to add-ons, please let me know.

I have created an issue in another project and linked it using the Bob Swift "Create On Transition" add-on but am not able to assign the created issue or add watchers.  I've tried using names "Joe Smith" and email address "" with and without double quotes but have had no luck.
